This is a great layover hotel if you are stuck in
Chicago or playing at the Allstate Arena.
There is an Ace Car Rental across the street where
you can rent a Chevy HHR or equivilent for around
$150 per week or a Premium model for around $200. I
had a Chrysler 300 that was like new and was well
kept.
There are several restaurants around with the
closest being the Pine Cone Inn and Shoeless Joes
Sports Bar next door and a McDonalds across the
street. There is also a Harry Carey's a block away
inside the Holiday Inn Select.
About a quarter mile down the road is a Target along
with a Chilis, IHOP and Subway in the same strip
center. |

From Chicago take I-90 West towards O'Hare. Exit
onto I-190 and then take the first Mannheim exit.
The hotel is about a mile on your left just past
Higgins Road |

Also I was able to leave the bus here for $10 per
day (Park & Fly rate) while I went to another hotel
for a few days. From the info I was given, if you
need to park here for a few days and fly home it is
no problem at the Park & Fly rate. |
