Northbound from New York, New Haven... |
Follow I-95 north to
exit 76 (I-395 North)
Follow I-395 to exit 79A (Rte-2A)
Follow Rte-2A to exit 2 (Mohegan Sun Blvd) and follow the
signs to the casino property
If you are going to the hotel first then follow the signs
for hotel check in.
Do not turn into the bus unloading drive.
If you are going directly to load-in, stay to the left when
Mohegan Sun Blvd splits and go to the first traffic light
and turn right.
There will be a guard shack directly in front of you. Stop
there to receive your gate pass |

loading area... |
Go straight past the
guard shack and around 2 curves.
You will see an overpass and as you go thru that you will
see a swing arm gate just before a tunnel. Hold your gate
pass under the laser reader to open the gate.
As you enter the tunnel, follow it around to the right and
the loading area is directly in front of you. |

Shore power notes... |
Don't expect to leave
your bus hooked to the shore power until the wee hours of
the morning when you leave. New rules say that the shore
power must be unhooked immediately after load-out. If you
are planning on sleeping in and moving the bus early in the
morning, make arrangements with your tour manager to go
ahead and kill the power to the bus for the day.
Since the bus will be parked indoors, the generator cannot
be left running or started later.
You basically have 2 choices here;
1. Leave the bus hooked to shore power, return immediately
after the show to unhook and move the bus outside to the bus
parking area and run the generator or,
2. Leave the bus powered down all afternoon and during and
after the show. |
