From the New Jersey Turnpike...
Take the Lincoln Tunnel exit and follow the signs toward the Tunnel.
Take the Hoboken / Weehawken exit.
At the bottom of the exit (after traffic light), bear right. This is a combination of JFK Blvd & Park Ave and for the most part is Unmarked -- welcome to New Jersey :)
Cross over viaduct and turn left onto 14th Street. (You have to turn here as Park becomes a one-way northbound).
Turn right onto Washington (first major intersection).
NOW, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION...
Turn right onto 11th Street (you will see Maxwell's on the SE corner).
DON'T MISS THE TURN ONTO 11th. IF YOU DO YOU ARE SCREWED!
You will most likely have to block 11th to load-in and believe me, the cops don't like it.
| This club is not bus friendly and does not want you there even for loading in or out. They had promised bus parking which they failed to secure (warn your Tour Manager). I had to drop the gear then leave and take the bus back to my hotel then go back and pickup that night. I was about 5 minutes early (no exaggeration here) and they promptly told me I was too early and would have to come back. I ignored them (which is what I've really become good at) and stayed. Load out started within 3 minutes. By the way, the excuse for not securing parking... They were making a movie. That was about 4-5 blocks away. |

Continue a few feet to the dead end and turn left.
Go to 14th Street and turn left
Go to Park Ave and turn right
Follow signs to Lincoln Tunnel or NJ Turnpike.
