From New York area...
Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to exit 7 (US 206)
Take US 206 South (pass Petro and Pilot) for about 34 miles
Turn left onto US 30 East for 28 miles
As you approach the casinos you will see a sign instructing you to turn right for the Taj Mahal.
This is Virginia Avenue. Follow Virginia to Pacific Avenue (just before casino entrance)
Turn right onto Pacific
Turn left onto Pennsylvania Ave.
Turn right into Resorts Casino and U-turn back out onto Pennsylvania.

From Delaware...
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to exit 2 (US 322)
Turn right onto US322 for 16 miles
Turn left onto Sicklerville Road
Follow to Atlantic City Expressway East (Toll Road)
Follow the AC Expy for 38 miles.
At the end it will put you onto Missouri Ave.
Follow Missouri to Atlantic Ave and turn right
Turn right onto Pennsylvania Ave. and cross Pacific Ave.
Turn right into Resorts Casino and U-turn back out onto Pennsylvania.
