From the Portal, ND border crossing on US-52...
Be sure and read the notes below pertaining to the border crossing.
As you enter Canada, US-52 becomes SK-39.
Follow SK-39 for approximately 121 miles to Corrine where you will continue straight onto SK-6 North.
Follow SK-6 for another 27 miles to Regina.
Turn right onto College Avenue for .6 mile.
Turn left onto Broad Street for .8 mile.
Turn left onto Saskatchewan Drive and look for the casino on your right
For loading docks, continue on Saskatchewan Drive to the end of the building then turn right into the parking lot.
Just before the railroad tracks you will see two rollup doors on your right.
Bus parking is the innermost door.
Crossing the Canadian border at North Portal...
Prepare to be torn apart. This is a small border crossing with not much tour bus activity and they will certainly try every angle and avenue to find something amiss.

At this particular crossing, the immigration office closes at 11PM and doesn't reopen until 8AM.

If you reach the border between these hours you will have to wait until the immigration office opens before entering. Prepare to spend at least 2 1/2 to 3 hours for processing once the office opens.

Also note that the port of entry is open 24 hours. If you get there before the immigration office opens they will make everyone wake up and come inside just to ask a few questions then send you back to stay on the bus until immigration opens.

The return trip to the U.S. wasn't a walk in the park either.
::: Bus Details :::

Parking --

Back the bus into the loading bay and the door will close in front of it. Once inside, do not block the pedestrian doors on your left.
In most cases, the vehicle can stay here overnight. You will need to call a number, 306-787-4402, and have someone from building control raise the door for you to get out. This number is good 24/7.

Shore Power --

Yes. It is a direct plug and must be used since the vehicle in inside the building. If your shorepower cable is on the driver side of the bus, remove it before backing in as you will be very close to the wall making it difficult to raise the bay doors.

Bus Wash Facilities --

No.
