Directions to Auditorium from I-95 North or South. (As given by University)

  • Take Exit 22 (Downtown) onto Memorial Boulevard

  • At 5th light Turn LEFT over Bridge

  • At top of hill, turn LEFT onto Prospect St

  • Take 1st RIGHT onto Waterman

  • Take 4th LEFT onto Hope

  • Meehan is located on the corner of Hope and Lloyd

If you follow the above directions, DO NOT TURN INTO AUDITORIUM ENTRANCE! The situation is that you have to be headed WEST on Lloyd Street in order to back into the load-in area because cars park on both sides of Lloyd St.  Your best bet is to continue NORTH on Hope Street and back your bus into Lloyd Street and then into load-in. The angle is too steep to back in headed EAST on Lloyd Street.  You will see what I mean when you get there.

OR... As you come up Waterman Street, make a LEFT onto Thayer then go all the way to Alumni and turn RIGHT. Go down to Arlington and turn RIGHT. This is a very tight right-hand turn. Then go to Lloyd and turn RIGHT. Another very tight right-hand turn. Then proceed on Lloyd back to Hope Street and back in.

NOTE: You will have to get someone to block traffic coming off of Hope onto Lloyd and traveling West on Lloyd. The locals will try to rush you and they are NOT BUS FRIENDLY! They don't want you to be there period.
