FROM 90/ 94 (KENNEDY EXPRESSWAY):
Exit
Addison. Go east to Halsted. Turn left
(Halsted merges into Broadway). Continue until the “fork in the road”.
Take Clarendon straight ahead (Broadway veers to the left).
Go to the end of Clarendon and turn left on Lawrence.
Venue is on the right side before the “L” track. You need to turn around in the opposite direction to get right for your back-in between the “L” track and the building.
This
is a nasty alley with a low fire escape on the driver’s side. Stagehands will
help with
traffic. LEAVE TOWN THE SAME ROUTE AS THERE ARE LOW CLEARANCES EVERYWHERE!
FROM
DOWNTOWN CHICAGO:
Lakeshore
Drive North for 5 miles, exit on Lawrence
Avenue and go left.
Venue
4 blocks west of Lake Shore Drive.
FROM
I-55:
I-55 North (toward Chicago) to Lakeshore Drive North.
Take Lake Shore Drive North and exit on Lawrence Avenue.
Go
left on Lawrence.
FROM
INDIANA:
I-90/ 94 West (towards Chicago) to Lake Shore Drive North.
Take Lake Shore Drive North and exit on Lawrence Avenue.
Go
left on Lawrence.
FROM
THE WESTERN SUBURBS:
I-290 East into downtown Chicago.
Take Lake Shore Drive North to Lawrence Avenue.
Go
left on Lawrence Avenue.
FROM
WISCONSIN:
I-94 (the Edens) towards Chicago exit on Wilson Avenue (exit #43-A) and go left (east).
Go over the expressway and at the first stop sign (Knox) go left.
Go to 2nd stop sign which is Lawrence Avenue and to right (east) for 4 miles to 1106 W. Lawrence.
